• Walls, floors, ceilings, windows: Includes general condition of each.
• Major Appliances: Includes stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator.
• Plumbing System: Includes all visible pipes fixtures and drains tested for operation.
• Heating System: Includes all visible portions of heating system and its components.
• Electrical System: Includes service panel, circuit breakers, fuses, exterior visible wiring, interior visible wiring and testing of a representative number of outlets and switches.
• Attic: Includes visible roof sheathing, ventilation, insulation, and framing. 

• Foundation: Includes visible foundation walls, visible structural timbers and evidence of water penetration.

It is very important that you be present during your home inspection.
